General
Gate 20 Limited ("Gate 20", "We") provide entertainment and educational services to our customers ("Customers") using a flight simulation device (the "Simulator") located at 8 Vine Street, Brighton, BN1 4AG. Gate 20 is not a flight school nor an Approved Training Organisation and does not offer flight training. We are not affiliated with or licensed by Airbus SE or any other aircraft manufacturer. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any airline or flight training organisation. We are not licensed or approved by any civil or military aviation authority. All sessions will be under the supervision of a Gate 20 employee or contractor unless prior approval is given by Gate 20 for unsupervised use. Any instructions provided by Gate 20 employees or contractors are instructions on how best to operate Gate 20’s Simulator and should not be considered instructions on how to operate a real aircraft. Any similarity between Gate 20 procedures and any airline's standard operating procedures is purely coincidental. The Simulator and all associated software are fully licensed for commercial entertainment use.
Entry Policy
Customers may bring up to 4 guests with each booking. There is no lower age limit but we recommend that anyone flying is over the age of 5. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied on site by a parent or guardian. No dogs or other animals are allowed on the premises except registered guide dogs. We reserve the right to refuse entry or terminate a session at any time should a Customer or a guest of a Customer:
• Be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs
• Be disruptive, rude or abusive to other Customers or to Gate 20 employees or contractors
• Refuse to follow the instructions of Gate 20 employees or contractors
If any of the above applies, the Customer will not be entitled to a refund.
Health and Safety Advisory
Customers with a history of epilepsy, heart conditions, or motion sickness should consult with their doctor before using the Simulator. Gate 20 is not responsible for any health-related issues arising from the use of the Simulator.
Professional Pilots
Professional pilots are welcome to book the Simulator to practice, at their own discretion, techniques and procedures they’ve previously been taught by their airline or training organisation. However, all Customers should be aware that there may be important differences between the Simulator and the other training devices or the real aircraft. If in doubt, Customers should consult a suitably qualified instructor at their airline or training organisation. Gate 20 employees and contractors cannot offer any flying instruction. Customers cannot log hours in the simulator towards any licence, rating, or validation. Gate 20 employees and contractors may from time to time offer general professional and career advice, either as part of a structured course or regular Simulator booking. This may, for example, be in the form of airline assessment or interview preparation. All Customers should use their discretion before acting on any advice and hold Gate 20 Limited harmless for any financial or professional loss sustained as a result of acting on such advice.
Payment Terms
Gift Cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed online. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If a session booked with a voucher is cancelled less than 24 hours before the booking, the voucher will be void.
Cancellation and Changes to Bookings
We understand plans may change and in order to allow Customers to book with confidence, the date and time of a booking can be changed free of charge at any time up to 24 hours before the booking starts by logging in at:

Please note, all date and time changes are subject to availability. If you would like to cancel your booking and receive a refund or would like to change the date and time less than 24 hours before the booking starts, please call 01273 025505 and we will do our best to help. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee of up to 20% of the booking value for any late changes or cancellations.
Late or No Shows
If the Customer doesn’t show within 20 minutes of the booking start time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking without a refund. However, if you are running late, please call us on 01273 025505 and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note, we cannot always extend a session if you are late as another Customer may be booked immediately afterwards, so you may lose part of your booking.
Technical Malfunctions
The Simulator is a complex device and on rare occasions we may not be able to honour a booking due to a technical malfunction. Should we not be able to accommodate your booking we will do our best to re-book you at a time that is convenient for you or offer a full refund depending on your preference.
On the rare occasion we get technical issues, we may contact you two hours or more before your booking to provide a rescheduling option or alternative an option to receive a refund. Please let Gate 20 know in advance if you are travelling a long distance or setting off earlier than two hours before you're booking. In this case, we advise you allow some flexibility in your schedule for that day to accommodate a possible delay for technical reasons.
Liability Waiver
Gate 20 Limited is not liable for any injury or damage sustained by a Customer or their guests during their session in the Simulator, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by Gate 20. By participating in a session, Customers agree to use the Simulator at their own risk.
Image Rights and Recording
Gate 20 may take photographs or videos of sessions for promotional purposes. By using the Simulator, Customers consent to the use of their image for marketing or promotional materials. If a Customer does not wish to be recorded, they must inform Gate 20 before the session begins.
Data Protection (GDPR)
Gate 20 Limited will only use personal data provided during booking for the purposes of managing the Customer’s booking and will not share this data with third parties without the Customer’s explicit consent, except where required by law. Customers have the right to request the deletion of their data by contacting fly@gate20.co.uk. Gate 20 is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office:

Force Majeure
Gate 20 Limited is not liable for any cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer to reschedule or provide a refund.
Additional Refund/Reschedule Policies for Special Events
For private events or special bookings, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance. For cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before the event, a 50% refund will be offered. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event.
